  Dan came to look at floors & knew what the problem was straight away, had a plan in mind, sent someone else to do work in January & they drilled some screws in floors. When work was completed the problem was still there, Dan advised give it a week & let me know if it persists. Problem with the floors got worse, so informed them & they said we’ll come back. It’s been nearly 4 months & still can’t get them to come back. Said I would review the work & they said it was never guaranteed & was a gesture of good will to come back as it’s out of our personal time.

  Positives: - Dan planned the idea of traditional doors instead of sliding doors, which turned out to be better - Cleaned up after the work was done - One employee did a great job putting the doors together and would own up to minor mistakes such as grabbing the right sized mirror for the middle door Negatives: - My toilet was misused by James and his college leaving my tap running, and they left urine on the floor and seat for me to clean up - One employee left early on Thursday when the job should've been completed Thursday sooner - Could smell cig and vape fumes in my bedroom after two employees left.
