  Dean responded quickly with a quote, he was a pleasant chap and the pricing was good. His team did the work very fast and Dean was happy to return to rectify a few areas I felt needed a bit more time on. He also resent the invoice after I asked so it included a full breakdown of the work and mentioned the guarantee. Thankfully no leaks so far!

  Needed a new roof and was surprised how quickly Dean got back to me with a quote (came out the next day!). Very fair price for the amount of work that had to be carried out - and completed to a very high standard! Dean & his two sons got the job done faster than expected and had good communication throughout the whole process. Would definitely recommend!

  Roof repairs: main valley roof and rear extension pitched roof which were both leaking badly. Dean came to survey the situation and proposed good and realistic solutions. All were very professional and polite. They were so efficient too!

• Minor roof leaks

  Having had several people round for a quote to fix what might be causing some damp in my ceiling Dean was the only person who actually went up a ladder to have a look at the roof straight away. His suggestions made much better sense and were much cheaper than the other opinions i heard. He managed to fit me in quickly, did exactly what he said he would do and even patched a few other things up for free. The work looks great and i would fully recommend.

• Roof repair

  After finding a leak in my flat roof with water coming through the ceiling I needed an urgent repair. After contacting numerous roofers most would not bother to try and fix the roof and just wanted to put a new roof on . Whilst it does need a new roof my immediate issue was stopping expensive damage in this heavy ongoing rain with a repair. Dean attended promptly , repaired the roof and was a pleasure to deal with . I would describe as a good old fashioned honest builder - few and far between in rip off Britain. I will be calling dean again when needed .

• Flat roof repair

  We had a leaking flat roof which was damaging the ceiling below . Other tradesmen attended but said they wouldn't repair and just wanted to put a new roof on. Whilst accepting the roof was in a poor state , Davies promptly attended and made a repair which was what I was looking for. This tradesman is what I would call a good honest roofer , which are few and far between now. Having had several other roofers attend who seemed intent upon leaving me with water coming through my ceiling , I can't praise Davies roofing highly enough for very prompt attendance , and a good repair.
