Identified the issue and got us up and running with a promise to return a few days later to carry out more work. There is an underlying issue that Darren has offered a fix for and is planning a further visit to do this.

He gives an honest, straight forward evaluation of the problem and doesn't try and upsell further work. A nice guy and reasonable rate, we will definitely use him again.
