  After being messed around by a cowboy plumber, I was reluctant to choose another plumber. However DCC were amazing throughout. Steve corrected the botch job done by the cowboy and finished my bathroom to an extremely high standard. Nothing was too much trouble and he kept me updated on his progress throughout. I wouldn’t hesitate a second to recommend him to anyone. Highly knowledgeable and very professional

• Worcester Bosch boiler breakdown

  My boiler was having issues with the hot water part of the combi. Steven used his experience and knowledge and technical skills to fault find the issue. He also managed to get hold of the part the same day and rectified the issue. I would highly recommend DCC plumbing solutions. Very professional, friendly and knowledgeable in all times of boilers (mine was very old) Steven even made a courtesy follow-up phone call to make sure everything was still ok.

  Steve was excellent, turned up when promised, polite and curtious. Kept myself updated as, parents vision not 100%. Deffinately will be using Steve again for future project coming up.   Steve did a bathroom install from our plans and chosen furniture, designed and sourced from Bathstore. Once we had decided to begin, he arrived and got started on the start date with no fuss, even though we asked to change something at the last minute. As art of the fitting, he noticed a flaw in the design, where the position of the shower enclosure door would be impeded - we were able to swap the enclosure before fitting. If he hadn't noticed this we would have had problems, or an expensive refitting of stuff. The installation was exactly on time, we are so happy with the results.
