  • Replacement of double glazed glass in one side of rear double door.

    The tradesman carried out the work in good time. The refitted door is 2 to 3mm lower than before. This causes a problem with a sprung latch that should slide into a groove. Perhaps the door will be firm and remain well-fitted. I fear it might become loose over time. The door definitely handles very differently. Due to an emergency, I emailed the worker and asked he communicate with me, over email. Instead, he called a number of times, which caused some difficulty. The emergency meant my mother was not well situated to deal with the tradesman, but he called her and did not reply to me.

  • Replacing a broken window pain

    The work was carried out by removing the whole window as access from outside was not possible due to bay window at ground floor level, the glass panel was replaced without any issues in and the window replaced. The window is original to the house and about 120 years old. Darren turned up on time and completed the work very quickly to an extremely good standard to the price agreed. Absolutely no problems and therefore can only highly recommend him for any glazing work.
