  These are really good people. Great communication, great workmanship. Easy to deal with. No issues throughout other than unforseeable stuff that they thought / worked around and problem solved. You have them back again. Good tradesman hard to find. Not the cheapest, but had lots more expensive quotes than this too and done personally see how they could have been better. Thanks!

  I booked them to install my new bathroom as they could do everything without having to get separate trades people in they tiled my wall and floor installed a new bathroom suite, installed spotlights that weren't there originally also moved my towel radiator from one side if the room to another. There was 3 people very polite and professional turned up on time as agreed and completed the works quickly and they were always tidy and kept me up to date on everything kitchen next I won't use anyone else now thankyou

• Work carried out to bathroom and kitchen ceiling

  I had work carried out to the bathroom flooring and living room ceiling due to a water leak. The work was carried out but after 8 week the ceiling had split and water was leaking. I contacted Dean associates who had advised me that I would need to pay for the repairs myself. I have had to pay another trader to correct the reapirs to the ceiling this has caused allot of worry and stress caused. The plumber had not fixed the shower correctly which caused the leak. This was later confirmed to be the cause of the leak from another plumber I would not use this trader again.

  Dean Associates have carried out various maintenance jobs on my property which is rented out. They always communicate regarding any issues found and liaise both with myself and the tenant in order to rectify any problems quickly, efficiently and at a fair price. Photos are usually provided both before and following repairs

  We had a large list of jobs for their team to complete and they did so in a time sensetive manor without a single moan and did a great job. Will be coming back many times for all future work in the areas they cover, already have had 2 jobs done in a matter of 3 days with a further 2 quotes also provided. Thanks guys!
