    I feel sorry for people that do not use Alex i.e. us the first time around. A standard person will damp proof where there is damp, seemingly oblivious to the fact that water will move from that part to another if not done correctly (clearly their business model). Alex is a pro, does the job properly, in fact, going over the top to ensure it’s 100% fixed and “see you in 30 years”. What more can you ask for? More tradesmen should be like this guy.

    Alex came to have a look, then gave a clear price for the investigation work that he recommended. After undertaking the investigation - neatly removing the skirting and plasterboard - Alex took time to explain the issue (which was as he'd suspected) and gave a full explanation of the treatment suggested, along with a quote. When undertaking the work he was very tidy - laying down covers and walkway mats for getting equipment and material in and out and explained each part of the process. He re-plastered and finished, leaving the place looking as good as new. I fully recommend his services.

    Alex did a fantastic job of sorting the damp work under my lounge window. He is kind, courteous and friendly, and clearly very knowledgeable. The job was bigger than first anticipated but this wasn't an issue and Alex clearly explained the importance of the work being done to avoid any further long term issues. He even fixed the lock on my door which was playing up without me asking! I would definitely recommend.

    Alex clearly has experience and expertise in his trade. He and his team completed damp proofing on a large office area. He located the cause of various problems, provided corrections and finished the areas with excellent plastering, skirting and recabling. His quote was very fair, as was the cost of the necessary additional work.
