  Tom was a calm presence in the face of pests in our home and garden. The communication was consistent and excellent, Tom turned up when he said he would, and he provided a first-class and knowledgeable service. The problem was resolved with no fuss. Thoroughly recommend Tom. Hopefully, we'll never need him again, but if we did have another pest issue, he'd be the person we call. 10/10 - thanks Tom :)

  From initial contact, Tom was very clear about the process he could offer and how much it would cost and followed it up by delivering exactly that. Always punctual, polite and respectful, always text ahead with an arrival time, flexible in altering an appointment at our request. It was evident that the humane manner in which he dealt with the animals was important to him. Tom dealt with the issue we'd requested of him in the four visits he had initially indicated and offered an optional extra service of preventing further issues by sealing off access points at a small extra cost. Very pleased!

  Tom and team turned up as agreed, just got straight to the task in hand and worked without stopping until the job was finished ( refused several cups of tea). The job was completed neatly, no mess and 100% happy with the workmanship and professionalism. We would definitely recommend them and would use them again for any pest probes we might encounter… hats off ! A superb job completed and even followed the work up the following day with a courtesy call ! ??

• Squirrel removal

  We had a problem with squirrels in the loft . Tom was very professional and kept us informed at every stage of the process of removing them. He also sent a text so we knew when to expect him . We are very pleased that the squirrels are now gone and the entrance is now blocked . Wouldn’t hesitate to use Defender Pest Control again if needed.

• Insulation

  We have used Tom in the past to remove wasps nests. Tom and Liam came today and insulated our loft. Tom came out a few days ago to measure up and give us an estimate for the work and labour. He quickly got back to us with the cost and a date and time agreed. They arrive on time and did a great job very efficiently. They also tidied up any mess. I would highly recommend Tom.
