5.5Verified ReviewReplaced felt batons on pitched roof. Also soffits fascias guttering & repointed chimney. Numerous mishaps. Returned to correct faults. Never removed mortar rubble around chimney. Denied I asked them back. Lost trust in them. Another trader put things right including faulty ridge work (Delta reimbursed me). More defective work found. missing tiles, areas of tiles low down are "kicked up" due to faulty baton work. Some felt creased and acting as water trap. Matter with federation for 3 months. Badly worded guarantee is "void". I'd never have them back. Cost of correction £7k and rising.
