Even when my dog snook into his bag, stole a screwdriver and destroyed it, like some sort of grown up chew toy, he was professional and friendly. I am really impressed. Thanks.

Its always a bonus when tradesmen explain what they are doing and keep you in the loop- I learnt a thing or two whilst watching him work which I appreciated. Very reliable and did a neat job. My shower hasn't been used for 2 yrs and thanks to Dan, we finally got to use it again yesterday. Super happy with that result.
