    Derek is a sole trader and I was delighted to find him. He was very upfront about his availability, kept me informed all along and was punctual, reliable, polite and a delight to have around. Derek reconfigured my garage for me & kept me informed at every stage. There were no nasty hidden surprises after he had quoted me, despite one or two hiccups he uncovered as he went along. He also re-roofed a flat roof for me. He worked continually in the time he was here. I am delighted with the results and am planning to employ him again to improve my kitchen. I am more than happy to recommend him

    Derek is an honest and trustworthy builder. He was friendly, communicated well and explained things as the build progressed, including giving sound advice with the various choices along the way. Everything was completed efficiently and to a high standard and I would definitely recommend him to others. Should I ever need any other work doing to my house, I wouldn't hesitate to give him the job.
