    Contacted due to squirrels getting into loft -rang on the Monday and got told would have a call back which happened right away and organised for one of the lads to come and look to see if they could find the gap they are getting in two days later. Lads rang to say were coming and arrived when they said they would - found the gap and explained what needed doing. Arranged to come back and fix. Came back following week and fixed the gap. Everyone I spoke too was great - would recommend.
