1Verified ReviewDishwasher was not draining. He identified that it needed a new pump. I paid the £30 call out fee and asked him to order the new pump. I was told it would take a couple of days for it to come in. A week later I had not heard from him so chased him. I was told he was still waiting for the part. Another week later still no news. I chased again and was then told the item is out of stock. There was then absolutely no communication from him. All my messages were ignored.
