    Contacted them and immediately got a text saying they would call me shortly. Never heard from them, so I texted and asked them to contact me, or at least let me know if they were not interested in the job. Nothing back from them. Extremely discourteous.

    Had quite a bad water leaking coming into my house which was highlighted during the storm in October. I tried to get in contact with various roofers for about a month and had no luck with any until I found direct roofing. These guys came in good time and carried out the work that had been discussed as the issue. We had another storm and the leak happened again but when I got in contact with the guys they were more than happy to come back and take another look. They gave me another quote as they had discovered another problem and fixed that issue as cheap/quick as they could. Great service!
