    Frank arrived as agreed, to understand the job and arrange a quote. He was polite and listen to the issues we had before making a recommendation. He and his team arrived on the agreed day and completed the work as agreed. They were all pleasant and got on with the work. They also cleared up afterwards. He took pictures of before and afterwards to allow us to see what had been done. Frank made a recommendation for some future work but put no pressure on us to take a quote or have the work done. Very professional and would happily use again. Hopefully the works will resolve the issues.
