  The builder let me down twice in a row. 1st time we were to meet on Friday at 8:30am. He texted at 6:50pm the previous evening to say he could not make it due to family issue and rearranged it to the following Tuesday 8:30am. Tuesday at 8:30am he did not show up. I called/messaged to ask what's the situation but could not reach him. Eventually he answered saying he's not coming due to family issue. He should have had the courtey to inform me in advance instead of no-show - I don't live there so specially stayed 2 nights to meet next morning, also wasted 2 half days that were set aside.

  This is the 2nd time I have had Darren and his team carry out work for me. This time they repointed my chimney, renewed lead round my chimney and carried out some roofing repairs. The work was carried out with great care and to a very high standard. They cleaned up everyday, were on time everyday and I was always kept updated with progress. I will only use Darren for my work and can highly recommend for anyone wanting an exceptional service

  I was really impressed with Darren and his team. They did a great job and were really flexible. Good communication (came when they said they would), tidy, trustworthy. He also quoted for a couple of other subsequent jobs we needed doing which we asked him to do as the work was of a high standard. Highly recommend.
