  Initially job carried out to an adequate standard in September but I did mention at this time that the corrugated sheets looked too short for the guttering. The problems started once the bad weather arrived. Several leaks appeared causing damp in the walls which has now resulted in mold the full length of the wall. Photos available.

• DLC Roofing - Roofing felt, and gable end trim replaced on house roof, but left without fixing.

  DLC were asked to repair 1.5metres of breathable felt across the rear house roof, following a fault with some previous work. DLC then said ALL of the roof felt, lats, and gable end trims needed replacing. When DLC left, the felt started to flap and bang inside the loft and verges. DLC suggested a strip of plastic across the soffit vent, and charged more for. This did not help. They didn't return to fix the felt problem, and 3 weeks later the gable end trims came off. DLC asked an 87yr old OAP to pay £2720 in cash, but has not given a receipt! On the roof for 3 weeks. Avoid DLC Roofing Ltd.

  I was let down by a trader from CheckaTrade and therefore went to DLC Roofing. They responded immediately and came the same day with a suitable time for me. The guys were very courteous and gave me an estimate before doing the job. It was done very quickly and very reasonably priced. I would most certainly recommend this company
