Damon came round at an agreed time and diagnosed the problem (and what steps were needed to repair it). He was friendly helpful and professional throughout. Later the same day he provided a quote (which I accepted) and subsequently Damon returned to reinstall the blind in full working order. I consider I received an outstanding and efficient service. I am delighted my blind was fixed so promptly. I thoroughly recommend DLG Shutters and Blinds who have been excellent throughout
