  All I asked was for someone to get in touch about a leaking bathroom tap on Sunday evening, receive and email on Tuesday asking how satisfied I was with the job but the company didn’t even get back to me. Still have a leaking tap which we must turn the water supply to the bathroom off every time we aren’t using it, which is annoying as we have a 6 month old! Would rather not support a local tradesman or use checkatrade again!

  First class tradesman at last! I needed a new combi boiler. Doug came to view and gave excellent advice on which boiler would be best for my property. A date was set and kept me informed of everything. Job completed in a day and very tidy too. Old school courtesy is rare these days. Doug provided just that. I highly recommend this tradesman.??

• Bathroom renovation and boiler move

  I can’t recommend Doug enough, he was prompt to come to quote and send them over. I had a big job, moving a boiler from a cupboard in the bathroom, knocking down a stud wall and a big cupboard to make room for a separate shower and bath. Doug did an amazing job, he’s friendly, a hard worker, always tidied up at the end of the day. I now have my dream bathroom!
