    There were two piles of different types of rubbish that required removing to allow us to to use our garden to it’s full extent again. Dan was great at discussing and messaging about the job. He arrived on time with his team clearing the area leaving looking so much better. I have a duty of care waste transfer as well. Thank you.

    Communication was slow in the first instance, but the quote was good and communication friendly. I booked over a week in advance and then waited from 8am to 9:45 am for them to arrive (booked for 9am). I messaged to see where they were and was told they had van trouble the evening before, but "forgot" to contact me. They offered next day, but understood that I had to ensure access to a shared private carpark (making this impractical). What if I hadn't messaged? Very poor. Even if you have vehicle issues, how can you forget the customer?

    Great stuff, I arranged the waste and some items removal. They collected the waste and some items , but then our tenant changed their mind and decided to keep some stuff so they quickly returned the usufull items back. I would highly recommend them to everyone.
