• Refelting the concrete roof of an external storage area

  Danny from DLS roofing quoted 700pounds, then when he was half through the job, told me it needed more materials . He wouldn't give a new price, just said it would cost "a little more". Imagine my suprise when I received an invoice for 1300! After negotiation he agreed to accept just 1000. I pointed out that there still seemed to be water coming in, but he assured me that it would dry in time, which it did as the weather became drier. However, after yesterdays heavy rain, I noticed that there was dripping from the roof again, which had formed a wet patch on the floor. Not impressed

  Danny was very quick to respond to a very urgent leak due to driving rain, he turned up the same day to check it out and soon enough had the old soil vent replaced, Aswell as rotten battons. All in all quick, fairly priced and good communication.

  Danny was very polite, went above and beyond to source the correct fitting (previous fitter hadn't used the right part, hence it had blown off) and checked for any other issues whilst on the roof, sealing a few bits he noticed. Quick professional invoice for my records, clean and tidy worker. Thoroughly recommend him
