8.25Verified ReviewIt started off badly when the technician didn’t turn up at the appointed time. They’d made a mess of their scheduling and not put the appointment in. However, the got a technician out about 1 1/2 hours later and the problem was quickly fixed. Am now waiting to find what they will charge me for this work and also a quote for annual servicing of the boiler and filter. We would like to find a local company to do servicing/repairs as the manufacturers appointed company does not have a local technician.
