    Dave undertook several jobs for us over a period of 3 months and we were very happy with the completed works. He has a wealth of knowledge and experience about all aspects of building works. As expected there were a few issues which cropped up during the time but everything was dealt with quickly and professionally. Assisted by Bob, and using other trade contacts which Dave recommended, everything went as planned and our house is looking great. We would definitely recommend Dave and we would not hesitate to use him again in the future. Kevin & Olga

    We needed to replace a spiral staircase with a 2 turn staircase which included works to widen the stair well. From the beginning Dave was amazing to work with, he is really clear and helped with the design to work out what would be possible with the space we had. Works were quick as possible but not rushed, the quality is excellent and he left it the house tidy. Would highly recommend Dave and definitely will be calling on his expertise again.

    David provided a clear proposal for the work and my request for clarifications was addressed (not all Check-a-trade members do this). Work was undertaken in a diligent and business-like manner and at the end of the job time was taken to re-visit one detail to ensure full completion of the spec. Time was also taken to check that each of the regulatory requirements had been complied with. David demonstrated (in the face of some questioning by the client) an entirely accurate knowledge of the regulations. This was confirmed by the subsequent validation of his work by an approved Inspector.
