    I recently had the pleasure of working with DML Maintenance for the design and refit of my ensuite bathroom. From start to finish, they provided top-notch service and delivered outstanding results. One of the things that impressed me the most about DML Maintenance was their ability to supply the suite and ensure on-time delivery. This made the entire process much smoother and hassle-free. Additionally, they made a conscious effort to keep the mess to a minimum, which was greatly appreciated. The ensuite itself was built to an excellent standard.

    David did an excellent job, nothing was too much trouble for him, he worked really hard everyday until completion, he has transformed our kitchen to a “wow” kitchen, I would highly recommend him, I am so impressed with his work I am getting him to do my bathroom and put lights in my front room

My Name is David Lawrence

I have been working in the construction industry for 30 years plus, I  have been a sole trader for over 20 years and then in 2015 I set up DML Maintenance Limited.

I mainly work by myself but occassionally employ other contractors as and when I need them.

I carry out all sorts of work from plastering, refurbishments, kitchen and bathroom installations as well as garden refurbishments.

I enjoy my work and always have, I can say I am one of the lucky people who go to work everyday with a smile on their face.
