    Dan and his team came out to remove a rather large beech tree stump that was blocking the progress of my extensive garden renovation project. The team arrived on time and were highly professional and diligent. Nothing was too much trouble to ensure that the work was completed to my satisfaction. Overall very happy and would use again.     I was extremely happy with Dan and his colleague. They were punctual, polite and did an excellent job. The trees were cut methodically, the area was swept and all the waste was taken away. I was so happy with the work carried out, I have booked them again for further work in our back garden. I highly recommend them.

    Dan came around and provided quote for a Stump removal . He explained how it would be done carefully as it was next to a brick wall . Also incorporated a quote for lowering height of a conifer tree and a bush. He arranged a date the next week. The team (the 2 Lew’s) came along and were really professional , completed in just over an hour , tidied up and explained what had been done . Really happy to recommend Dan and his team.

Welcome to D.Nicholls Arboriculture, directed by Dan Nicholls.

The company focus is on natures wellbeing, customer satisfaction and progressing industry standards. 

From flexible appointment times for initial onsite surveys, to liaising with councils and organising applications on protected trees, we aim to make the process pleasurable and stress free from start to finish. 

We are fully qualified, insured for 5 million and work to British standard guide lines. 

All pruning and climbing work is carried out or overseen by Dan.
