  Couldn’t be happier with the great job Dave did for us, explained everything to us, nothing was too much effort for him, he got the job done quickly and professionally, he even offered to come out to us straight away on a Sunday evening, above and beyond, we would definitely recommend!

• Stuck Door Latch

  DN Locksmiths responded to a post I put out on Facebook asking for a locksmith who could help me in an emergency. My interior living room door latch had become stuck in the door, leaving me and my children unable to access the rest of the house. My post was responded to within minutes and David attended my house within an hour. He tried a few different things, explaining what he was doing as he was going. Eventually he had to cut the lock and replace it with a new one. He was so quick, efficient and tidy. He gave such a reasonable price, especially having been called out on a Friday night.

• Unlocking three doors to gain entry to the address, having been locked out.

  We’re were locked out on Easter Sunday when we were supposed to be cooking a roast dinner for 8 people. I found Dave via checkatrade and he said he would be with us in 50 minutes. He promptly arrived and got straight to work. There were three doors that we were locked out of - two were locked on the inside, one with the key in the lock. It took him minutes to open the first door but the second was very tricky… he persevered and even though I could tell it was challenging he was polite and courteous and engaged with my children who were really interested in what he was doing. Thank you so much.

  Gentleman was very friendly and explained everything, made himself available to us very quickly told us the price straight up and that’s how much he charged us. Very nice bloke, chatty, friendly, worked quickly and cleanly and gave advise why the lock had broken and how to prevent future damage. Recommended him to a friend the same evening who door had jammed as we were so happy with the work he competed and the price!
