• Fitting of a new external door

  We are very pleased with the door. There was good communication from Sara throughout. We were kept informed as to who was going turn up and when (and they all turned up as promised). Work completed to our satisfaction and all of the team who worked on the door were hard working, polite and worked to a high standard. Although this was a dirty job (lots of brick dust), the mess was kept to a minimum and all bricks and debris promptly removed. Overall I would recommend Sara’s team.

• Replacement Lintel with new from door and window

  Excellent job particularly given the trying weather conditions. Kept us all aware of lead in times for different parts of the job. Where difficulties arose they took the time to resolve them properly rather than go for a quick fix. Very satisfied with the job and will use Dodeca again.

  Dodeca have replaced all my windows and changed my front door to a composite door and I’m really pleased with the result. Looks like a new house! Sara and the team were efficient, informative and the prices were great. No hesitation in recommending them.

  The company gave excellent customer service right from the initial meeting to the following up of snagging and replacement of front door glass from a previous company. Prices were reasonable compared with what was available at the time. Work was carried out as planned, fitters were respectful and efficient. Waste was collected as stated.

• Window Glazing panel replacement

  After brief interaction on the phone which was pleasant I shared all the requested information and pictures etc. Having not heard back I followed up with an email but again heard nothing. 3 weeks + have passed. Very poor communication and a lot of wasted time.
