  • Blocked Outside Sink Drain badly overflowing

    Contacted Duncan on Thursday, April 25th, and asked if he could come and look at a blocked outside sink drain, which was overflowing at a friend's property. He was absolutely brilliant, first-rate, friendly, very professional and quoted us a good price beforehand, which we found to be very fair. He jet-blasted the offending drain and successfully cleared it of a lot of "historical grease" which had built up over several years. My friend was very grateful, and is pleased to report he hasn't had a problem with the drain since, so thank you very much, Duncan, for a great service. 10/10.

    Duncan came the same afternoon I called, to unblock our drain which had been backing up, it turned out to be a very stubborn blockage which was right at the end near the entry to the main sewer. Duncan persevered and eventually cleared it. He was friendly and helpful. Would happily recommend him

    I cannot recommend Dorset Drainage enough. Having had a problem with no hot and cold water late on a Friday afternoon l thought we would have to wait until Monday for a plumber. I phoned Duncan, he arrived early that evening to assess the problem and returned Saturday morning with new parts to fix it. Absolutely fantastic service.
