Ongoing investigation on intermittent fault with solar pv system.

We are delighted to have found DP Goodwin Group. Emma's responses to my phone calls and emails are unfailingly prompt, helpful and courteous. We have an intermittent fault on our system which was supplied and fitted by another firm which is no longer in business. Stuart has already spent considerable time trying to detect the source of the problem and has given advice for when it recurs. We are confident that he will provide the solution and highly recommend the firm.

D P Goodwin are a reputable, forward-thinking, family-owned business providing all aspects of domestic, commercial, and industrial Solar & Electrical services, boasting over 50 years’ combined experience within the industry.

Whilst we continue to carry out conventional electrical services, DP Goodwin are actively working towards the green energy transition and are delighted to now be able to provide the following renewable energy services:

We are accredited with MCS and RECC. MCS is a standards organisation and a mark of quality. Membership of MCS demonstrates adherence to these recognised industry standards; highlighting quality, competency and compliance. As members of the Renewable Energy Consumer Code (RECC), we agree to abide by the Consumer Code. It covers all the factors that contribute to a high standard of consumer service, before, during and after a contract is agreed.

At DP Goodwin, we pride ourselves on providing excellent service and are committed to working to the highest industry standards, ensuring all our clients are kept fully informed throughout the project journey. As part of this journey, our team of specialist Project Managers will be on-hand to provide expert advice at every stage from design and installation, through to project completion and sign off.

We are registered with NICEIC, MCS, RECC, ECA, Trust Mark, Competent Persons Scheme (CPS) and are Trading Standards approved.

We test and certify all of our work including Part P, so you won’t require any involvement from the local authority building control.

We are assessed on a regular basis to ensure exceptional standards and our work is verified against the IET Wiring Regulations BS 7671.

The assessment process covers a representative sample of our work, premises, documentation, equipment, and the competence of our supervisory staff. We are then re-assessed on a regular basis to ensure continued compliance.
