  I am furious that I had hired this company and annoyed they are trading. They quote £35 every half hour. TWhen they arrived they said it was a big job and would cost £395. The drain was blocked so I trusted them. I noticed when they had left they'd taken my drain cover so now it's blocked as there is no grill to filter debris. I told them this - they came back with a new one that was too small. They said they'd be back the following week - that was 3 weeks ago. My drain is still blocked and their numbers are now busy 247. This is now a matter for Trading Standards

  Prompt service. Source of the problem identified and remedied quickly. The blockage was substantial and not something we could have cleared ourselves. Yes, it did cost more than the price quoted from the office. However, it was definitely a two person job and the equipment used was necessary for the task and the pricing was clear. Excellent service, friendly staff and job well done. Thank you

  They over inflate the job, promise a report supported by photos and CCTV for insurance purposes. Still waiting for it! £8,339.20 for work done in June 2023 was found faulty by loss adjusters. A pipe installed by them is too short to reach the manhole chamber. Another new pipe installed minus a collar is now a trap for toilet paper and leaks sewage into the ground under my house. My manhole covers were taken to sell on and they wanted payment in cash. This company doesn't return calls or reply to correspondence. Do not use!!

  I recently engaged Drainage Care Ltd to deal with a blocked drain at my Hastings home. The blockage cleared, they surveyed the system, explained the cause to be root incursion and advised lining. Trusting to their integrity, I agreed to the work, paying on completion the sum asked. Promised Reports, photos and CCTV images were not received promptly. A survey by Auger for insurance claim purposes described the repairs as very expensive, substandard and likely to cause further blockages. No evidence of root ingress was found. Communication with DCLtd has been difficult and remains incomplete.
