Having listened to the challenges we were facing, Diane asked to call me back. Less than 5 minutes later, she'd arranged for one of the team to squeeze in our call and within 2 hours, Conor swept in, wearing his metaphoric superhero cape and got everything sorted. He was polite, efficient and extremely good at his job. I cannot thank the team enough for working to support seniors in need. 5 * * * * *
