    This company is amazing and genuinely care in resolving the issue especially Reece. We’ve had an eggy/solvent smell occurring within the house (upstairs and downstairs) for about 3 years. I’ve had numerous plumbers/drain experts and camera inspection carried out and no one could find the issue and didn’t really want to help once they tried to resolve the issue. Reece was absolutely amazing, polite, helpful, caring and an expert in his field. He went up and beyond to help and was willing to return until the issue was resolved. He found what was causing it, he resolved it! I can’t believe it!

    I dropped my keys outside my parents house in a drain I could see them but couldn’t reach them. My car is keyless and I don’t have a spare so as you can imagine I was beside my self I called a couple of company’s who was reluctant to come out I phone drain away and the lady instantly put me at ease! Reece came out within half hour and in a couple of minutes got my keys out! He was so polite and reassuring. Would use again P.S. don’t drop your keys I had a lucky escape Thanks again drain away would recommend reece for sure.

    Reece answered as soon as I called him and was super helpful and clear about his charges. He was available to look at the blocked drain in my garden, promptly. He’s very keen on being punctual and kept me informed when he was stuck in traffic. The drain was cleared and Reece explained how to maintain it. He’s one of the good guys - he knows his stuff and is highly professional. I can’t recommend him highly enough!
