Spoke to Sharon and she booked call with engineer, very courteous and helpful. Engineer (Paul) rang to say on his way. Worked for two hours clearing main drain. Everything sorted. Paul was very helpful and knowledgeable. Drain Doctor - Superb from start to finish. Cheers.
