    Dan and his team at Drain Doctor Nottingham have carried out numerous works for us with them always going above and beyond for us with nothing being to much trouble whatsoever. With regards to this job, they have visited site several times off their own back with there being no extra cost to ourselves which is very much appreciated.

  • Replacement of drain gulley due to ingress of roots.

    I recently had a drain gulley replaced with adjustment of the drain pipe. A few weeks later I noticed that the drain pipe was not properly connected at the top since the work was done. I contacted Drain doctor again and Leah said she would send someone out the next day to have a look. When I got home from work the next day everything had been sorted with no quibble at all. Very pleased with the work done and customer service.

    I contacted Drain Doctor and spoke to the lovely Bev, who told me the engineer would be there the next day to sort out the problem and gave me a quote over the phone which was very competitive, so I happily agreed. Sure enough, the next day the engineer Matt came and fixed what he could, but said there was a breakage in the pipe and would require excavating to repair. He showed us the problem and again, very competitive quote given, so booked the repair. They arrived on time as scheduled, fixed the problem, repaired the ground and left no mess. I would highly recommend Drain Doctor, always.

    Had an awful smell in bathroom and kitchen for months. Severn Trent water couldn’t see the cause. Tried remedies which didn’t work. Husband rang Drain Doctor and they visited on the same day. He was confident that he could diagnose the problem and he did. He showed us the pictures he had taken of the damaged drain and explained everything to us. It was like a weight lifted off my shoulders . They are coming to do the work on Tuesday so I will review again. To sum up so far , I would say prompt, pleasant, knowledgeable, no pressure to carry out the work.
