    Our downstairs toilet wasn't flushing and emptying (we borrowed some drain rods but there was a big blockage in the main sewer pipe and we lost a drain rod In the process!). Came out and he quickly and very efficiently was able to unblock the main pipe and retrieve the rod too. Excellent service and also done by very polite and friendly young man. Thank you.

    We called Drain Hero after failing to clearvan unpleasant blockage from our top toilet. Zack came the next day and within half an hour, everything was flowing nicely again. Extremely reasonably priced, friendly and efficient service. No mess left at all, can't fault them at all, brilliant service.

    Grant has been absolutely fantastic. He is reliable and such a hard worker. We had a mains supply leak which was horrendous. He explained everything from the start to the end of the job. He took video footage of the leak and took lots of pictures. Whilst Grant was on holiday he still remained in contact to organise a start date to work. He was very reassuring. I would recommend Grant without hesitation. He is very knowledgable and honest.

We offer a 24/7, 365 days a year service and are well equipped to attend emergency call outs whatever the weather. So if you've got a burst pipe and are in an isolated area, we can and will attend (as every Hero would!)

There is no call out charge, just a fixed half hourly rate with no VAT. We can also provide free no obligation quotations.

So whether you are a residential, a commercial or an industrial customer, we can offer you a complete drainage & plumbing service. No Job is too big or too small. From solving one off blockages to quarterly or annual service maintenance contracts, we can work to meet the needs of your requirements.
