    Called Drainline on the Wednesday afternoon and was booked in for the following morning. The price that was very competitive compared to the other local companies, they arrived on time (with a text 15 minutes before) and carried out the work for the price agreed. Very polite and knowlegeable. Would recommend.

    Aaron charged a reasonable price, came when he said he would, rang in advance to say he was on his way. He seemed knowledgeable on his subject and was polite and friendly. He advised the problem was on the part of the drain that belonged to Northumbria water and suggested a quick phone call to them, outlining the problem would be a good thing. I asked for a brief report of this so I would know the terms to use and he agreed to send it out. I did have to chase him for this as he said the report would be there on the evening of Monday of the investigation but it didn’t arrive until Thursday.

    Rang to get a quote and then arranged the same day to be at my house the next day to start the job. Text beforehand to say he was on his way and kept informed regarding everything. Spent two hours sorting the issue/s I had and still only charged for what was quoted. Will definitely recommend and use again.
