    Michael and his team were professional and friendly. They had a look at the problem, and explained the issue, demonstrating the problem through the use of cctv camera. I was confident in their expertise and happy with the work done. Price was the same as quoted before work done. Would deff use again.

    Drain Man was clear in communication before the task, checking that there wouldn't be any hurdles to overcome on the day. I appreciated him making sure that there weren't going to be complications on the day, which could potentially waste our time. He arrived promptly, dressed smartly, quickly set to work, resolved the issue, was clear with regards to the cause of the problem, and was helpful in letting us know the council's obligations. Quick, professional, courteous. Would contact again if needed.

    Drain blocked on a Sunday called Drainman and he came out later in the day. Took about 20 minutes to clear and problem solved. Would certainly recommend the Drainman and will use again if needed.

Here at Drainman, we hold full public liability insurance and operate with professionalism and integrity at all times.
