  Great service! James, together with his carpenter friend, replaced two Shaws porcelain sinks into the island at my client's house in Cambridge. The plumbing and sink replacement was carried out perfectly, they were very professional and friendly. Very tidy. I look forward to work with them on future projects. I definitely recommend them.

• Utility sink Replacement

  Removed an old utility sink (full unit)and replaced with a new bigger sink, taps and base unit / cupboard. A bigger job than expected - not due to James- just the plumbing fiasco he uncovered wasn’t very good. James was super professional and got it fixed and tidied up in no time at all and re plumbed the new sink - now working fabulously. Absolute pleasure and did a brilliant job - would highly recommend

  James Drake is the best. His quote was precise, prompt, and more than fair. He works very hard indeed, is neatness itself, punctual and besides having phenomenal memory retention stays vigilant about the work, sensitive to what we meant and wanted, and coming up with perfect solutions. He’s a specialist plumber - so a new combi was no problem - but he has a wide network of tradesmen to call on, so he’s very effective at getting combination jobs sorted. He repeatedly put himself out to help us along and we greatly enjoyed his company. In short, we recommend him as strongly as we can.

  It was a pleasure to have James working at our house, he was prompt, tidy and extremely polite. The quality of the work he delivered was first class and there was never anything which was too much - he has a strong ‘can do’ attitude. He completed a complete re-plumb, boiler installation, heating system and 3 bathroom at our house. I recommend James to anyone, he’s one of the best tradesmen I’ve used over the last 20 years.
