He was able to fix this urgent issue for us in a very timely way and in doing so, prevented us from having potential further problems. • Investigate why the boiler was losing pressure and replace leaking condense sump.

  I had previously been told by another plumber that I would need a new boiler as it was losing pressure, despite mine not being very old. James came out and assured me that it didn't need replacing. He explained in detail the issues with the boiler and what would need to be done to rectify them. James replaced the leaking condense sump, pressure relief valve and cracked waste pipe, as well as carrying out the annual service. Very pleased with James's work, he was punctual and professional. I will use his services again.

• Annual service and resolving a water pressure problem

  Very satisfied. The engineer listened to the problem and suggested possible causes. He checked each and explained that the problem appeared to be the expansion vessel. Having resolved the problem, he then completed the annual service. Two and a half hours in total. He checked the following day that the boiler was indeed still working correctly and only submitted the invoice the day after that. I would definitely recommend them and will be using DRT Plumbing and Heating in future.
