    Excellent guy done a great job thanks to Martin and the team would highly recommend work carried out damp proofing around the chimney breast and repaired flashing round the chimney

    Martin is reliable and friendly. The repointing to the house is great. I am happy with that. The house is much better so far. Just waiting for the walls to dry out. The back of the house is a lot better. I would recommend for repointing. The chimney I am not too sure about. The Internal wall and ceiling are both still very wet and don’t seem to be improving at all if anything it’s getting worse. It’s going to need looking at again.

    Martin was called in after a previous tradesman had declared that I had a serious rising damp problem that needed to be rectified at a cost of 4500 pounds. He was thorough in his examination and concluded that the problem was related to seals needing to be replaced. The estimate for the work being a fraction of the previous quote. He has now undertaken the work and was quick, professional and efficient. I am happy to recommend him highly

    My aunt went into a nursing home and to help with the payments she asked if we could rent her house out. There was a little bit of damp in the front room and before letting I contacted this contractor for a quote. He refused to quote as he said he does not do work for landlords because all they want is a "cheap bodge job." Actually I wanted a professional job. Disappointing when you ring up for a service and they sterotype you like this.
