Location: PO2Refurbishment of old downstairs shower room/ toilet and utility room.
10Verified ReviewDan did a splendid job. The rooms were damp, roof leaking and a doorway lintel needed. We were very impressed how Dan found ways to overcome these problems which turned out to be more complex than we had realised. Dan not only did the building, his excellent design suggestions really worked well for us, i.E. Moving the position of door giving more light and moving the shower to make it more accessible for our disabled son. His prices were very reasonable. He was ably assisted by Harrison and both were very cheerful throughout. We wouldn’t hesitate to contact Dan again for more work.

10Verified ReviewDan and his team worked hard, and long days to get our job done (and make the most of the daylight hours and brief dry weather!) They paid attention to detail, and finished the work to a high standard. Dan communicated well throughout, and was even able to slot in an extra bit of plastering at short notice. The end result looks really good, and we would recommend them.

Dan has been instrumental in resolving these issues in a very timely manner, but also to a very high standard of work. He put us at ease throughout the process, explaining all elements of the job and how he was going to resolve them. Definitely recommend if you have any building / maintenance / improvement work to be done on your property.
