    Thanks to David and Paul at DSB, our house is the most modern house in the street. Paul had to go through multiple design proposals with the council, as the original design was rejected saying it's too contemporary. He was very patient and happy to make amendments. The plans produced were very detailed. The builder was very impressed with the plans and he was able to easily follow it. We did not get any objections or concerns from building control inspections either.

    Dave made the whole experience doable for us and straight forward. He visited us, drew up plans and submitted them to the authorities etc and when they were agreed he also advised on a suitable builder (who was also brilliant) and Dave was also able to advise the builder if and when required. The project has turned out beautifully. Very happy.

At DSB Property Designs we offer architectural design services throughout Essex. Our role can be limited to providing advice on budgets and preliminary concept designs to a full turnkey service.

We offer personalised advice on planning permission requirements and can give you advice on how best to ensure your project gains planning permission. The good news is that the majority of residential renovation projects fall under permitted development and may not require planning permission.

Due to our vast experience in dealing with local authority planning and building control departments, we have a solid understanding of planning policies and regulations and which projects are likely to be granted.
