    Recently purchased new TV from Richer Sounds[another excellent firm[ It was installed into a newly constructed media wall for use in conjuntion with BT Box,DVD player etc. Whilst the cabling was all done correctly by the electrician and carpenter,the set up did not seem very user friendly . Richer Sounds arranged for Dean of DS Installations to come along.. He was so knowledgable ,efficient and friendly.These modern TVs can be a bit daunting particularly as no hard copy manual is provided.Dean set it all up so it is now straightforward and easy to use,explaining everything. First Class!

    The best company I have met that do exactly as asked. Dean arrived bang on time, was curtious and friendly. He confirmed what was needed and quickly got to work removing my old television and setting up the new one. He made it clear that I would be able to use the handset control from my old TV rather than the new one. When he had completed the job, he cleared up after him. Then took special attention to explaining the new setup and encouraged me to try everything out. This was far beyond anything I was expecting. I would recommend this firm 100%.
