He installed for us herringbone hardwood flooring (including replacing underneath floor boards and adding sound proofing layer) as well as installed hard wood flooring on the staircase. He even levelled the floors where needed. His attention to detail, commitment (both in terms of quality and timelines), friendliness, and approachable behaviour (explained a lot of technicalities and details of the required tasks) are admirable. Also, all builders/workers that came since then have praised the work. 2 years in and still in great condition (zero movement).
