    Having not long moved into our new home our bathroom was our top priority. A thorough research of reviews led us to Dougie. Ours was not a simple like for like but a complete reconfigure - no easy task! We did not have the luxury of a separate toilet so Dougie ensured we remained ‘connected’ throughout the works! No corners cut and all completed within our spec and budget. His knowledge & experience, teamed with his OCD tendencies, made him the perfect man for the job! Zero hesitation in recommending this man to anyone considering a bathroom refit!

    This is the second bathroom Doug has done for us, along with various bits of plumbing over the last few years. His approach is very customer focused and he takes the time to discuss all elements of a project. The finished product is top class and any challenges he faced (old house, wonky walls!) he always came up with a solution. 10/10 - would recommend every time

    Doug replaced our conventional boiler and tank with a combi, including adding a small radiator in the airing cupboard. Happy with the work done and with the follow up visit to check all ok. Would happily recommend and use Doug again.
