    Doug & his wife, Diana, came to put up a barometer on a wall in our hall. Very approachable & friendly. Very tidy, courteous, excellent job done & reliable. Extremely pleased. So pleased we've found a good Handyman & if we need a Handyman again we'll contact him. We would highly recommend.

    I’m so pleased to have found a good, reliable handyman. Doug is very skilled and completely reliable with very reasonable rates. He removed some unused piping in the kitchen and filled in a fairly large tumble dryer vent hole, re-affixed some torn off shed roof felt and sorted out a leaking gutter issue. Doug and his wife Diane, who was helping out, were a pleasure to have around. I can highly recommend.

Hi I am Doug of Doug’s Home Maintenance. I have been repairing and maintaining schools, colleges and private homes for over 15 years. 

My skills portfolio includes painting and decorating inside and outside properties, small plumbing jobs and refurbishment of bathrooms. I am happy to change light fittings, lay new floors and small carpentry work, as well as guttering, facia and soffits replacements.

I attended Brinsbury school of horticulture for 3 years in my teens and have a keen interest in gardening. Particularly lawn work and pruning of roses and shrubs. During the Winter months I am regularly called for garden fencing replacement and repairs.

I am happy to replace odd roof tiles and small lead works when accessible
