• Replace a garage window

  This is a strange saga. DWG Windows & Doors did outstanding work 4/11/23. Thereafter, struggled to get an invoice so as to pay for the work. After repeated requests, contacted the registered accountant of the Company eventually receiving an invoice which I paid by cheque on 23/3/2024 as I could get any account details to pay by BACs. Cheque debited to my bank account 12th April 2024. Today 5th May 2024, yet to receive the guarantees from the Company and the Double Glazing FENSA certificate. I do not know what the issue with the company?

  We just had 4 new windows and 2 doors replaced. I had a few quotes beforehand but DWG were by far the cheapest. Dave and his team done a professional job, they were neat and tidy and very polite throughout. I would definitely recommend them to my friends.

  The team arrived as requested at 7.20am to fetch a key so I could get to work on time… a great and trust-inducing start! When I got home at 5pm everything was done!! Like magic. Dave was kind and insightful beforehand too - he put WD40 in a bathroom window hinge which completely mended it (instead of making money from the new window I had thought I needed!) Very honouring and brilliant work. Also my windows used to have condensation like rain inside, now they are dry!!! Fantastic!

• Sliding folding doors

  We have had these doors for over 10 years and they were so difficult to open and close this summer. Firstly called Emma at DWG head office who was knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Sent pics and Joe and the team came and fixed them! They worked quickly, cleanly and professionally. Our doors are as good as new. They were incredibly competitively priced too! Highly recommended !
