Blocked drainage
10Verified ReviewWe had emergency issue with blocked drainages. Engineer Esrar Khan was great, he arrived on time, explained the process, investigate issue, including CCTV system, performed emergency unblocking and also documented issue for the further remedial work. Great communication with the company, excellent service, fully recommended for the help with the drainage issues we had.

10Verified ReviewI agree with the other reviewers: Drain Doctor Rochdale provided an amazing service from phone call to drain engineer, who was Esrar. He arrived within 2 hours, phoned ahead of time to confirm arrival, took me step by step through everything, did an excellent job clearing the rather offensive blockage in the ground drain (!). He was polite, efficient and made sure the job was absolutely thorough to my satisfaction before he finished. I hope you use Drain Doctor Rochdale, or that other drain cleaning services can live up to these standards.

10Verified ReviewI had an issue with an external waste pipe which I had anticipated would be a significant/costly job. Esrar came out to inspect and fixed the same day and saved me a huge potential bill. Friendly, helpful and honest. Perfect customer service. Highly recommend their services. I will certainly be keeping the number any future needs.

10Drain Doctor responded very very quickly to our request to have our drain unblocked. Their engineer, Ezra Khan, arrived within a few hours and did a very thorough and professional job of clearing our blockage. He checked all our drains and when the blockage was cleared he put a camera down and showed me that the drain was clear. Ezra was a delightful man, very polite and utterly competent. Many thanks to Ezra and Drain Doctor.
