    Edris undertook a structural engineering survey of our house. He was professional and gave a prompt report. Clearly very experienced and knew what to look for without messing around, and report was excellent.

    Edris helped us in the initial planning permission process and part wall survey as well. During the construction, the builder unfortunately deviated from the drawings, and the process for obtaining approval for this construction turned out to be easier with his help. Edris was continuously on his toes to talk with the council to explain and get the new (retrospective) permission approved as well. He very efficiently liaised with our neighbor to mediate and explain the situation and come to the common ground. We highly appreciate his experience and approach to solving the problem.

    Fantastic service and a very professional and on time approach. They where able to provide us with advice on the next steps going forward and patiently listened to our enquiries. The service recieved was of very high standard and prompt as we received all the drawings and calculations within a week of our site visit and additionally they provided us with our party wall agreement and advised us on all the necessary steps.
