    Eddie did a great job and we will defiantly use him again for such things. If you have one of those jobs that are just enough of a problem you can't or simply don't want to do yourself, this guy is you man! Very fair prices also for the job as it wasn't something I expected to find someone who could do it without a bunch of red tape or paperwork ect...but, Eddie was so straightforward, it was refreshing. he just came, looked at the work, said 'ok' at got it done! Hire this man if you actually need a REAL handyman!
